OK, I expect some crazy looks coming my way from this post...but my new "hobby" is grinding my own wheat to make homemade bread and tortillas every other weekend. Dad bought me a grinder for Christmas, and ever since I've been a flour making fool! This is my first 'successful' batch of bread, after much trial and error. So I just HAD to post it!
